We will prepare first of all, with strenghth, explosiveness, elasticity, flexibility and the basic techniques for personal defense.
That means defenses: blocks-, hits: punches and hits with the hand variations, kicks: possibly the hardest from all to develop; tae kwon do poses more than the typical 2 kicks used in kickboxing and falls: the name says it how to fall.
This teaching will be done step by step, so ist also suitable for beginners.
It wont´t be a class where will be throwing punches and hitting things from the very first time. We will prepare physically and working on porper technique and mechanic of movement before we get in to punches.
Preperation is also important for protection of student and teacher, to avoid injuries.
