This Special Class offers a serene journey with gentle movements, restorative poses, and an extended Yoga Nidra Savasana.

Designed to help you relax deeply and find inner peace, this class lets you leave the day’s stresses behind. Through carefully chosen poses and guided meditation, you’ll unwind completely in a supportive community atmosphere.

Beyond just physical practice, this class encourages connection and mindfulness among participants. It’s a chance to step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with yourself and others.
