We offer our boxing courses for both beginners and advanced athletes. In addition to traditional boxing, you can also experience fitness boxing and cross boxing with us.
Fitness Boxing : Fitness boxing is boxing training aimed at your fitness that uses punching pads and sandbags. In contrast to wrestling, in this training you concentrate on learning the basic techniques and combine them with functional exercises to create an intensive workout that primarily includes partner exercises and claw training.
Cross Boxing: Cross boxing combines cross training with different types of boxing. Sandbag exercises help you increase your speed and endurance, while cross-training improves your body awareness. A warm-up is followed by an intensive full-body workout with body weight, which ends with a cool-down. The aim is to increase your strength and endurance and to strengthen yourself mentally.
HIIT Boxing Drills: In this class, you'll combine powerful boxing punches with the fat-burning intensity of HIIT. This high-energy workout alternates between explosive combinations and intense intervals to build strength and increase endurance. Perfect for all fitness levels – get ready to box, kick and sweat your way to a fitter, stronger you!
