We take you step by step through the most important foundations of the Calisthenics - from clean pushups to the first pull -ups. You can find out how you correctly do exercises, what you have to pay attention to in the technology and what frequent frequent errors you should avoid.
All you need is your body, some space, possibly a pull -up bar - and the motivation to do something for you. The course is ideal for beginners: inside that improve your fitness, build functional strength and want to develop a new body feeling. No prior knowledge necessary - just the will to start.
