Hatha Vinyasa Yoga combines elements of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. It integrates the calm, slow aspects of Hatha Yoga with the dynamic, flowing nature of Vinyasa Yoga, synchronizing each movement with a breath. This practice promotes a continuous flow and a harmonious connection between body and breath.
The practice allows more variations and adjustments to the asanas compared to traditional Hatha yoga. It is more dynamic while maintaining the basic principles of Hatha Yoga such as alignment and the balance of effort and relaxation.
