Kickboxing is a dynamic martial art that combines the power of traditional boxing with various kicking techniques. It's about the perfect mix of punches like jab, cross, hook and uppercut as well as kicks like front kick, roundhouse kick and side kick. Whether for competition or just to stay fit, kickboxing is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It offers a great way to get your body in top shape, improve your self-defense skills and develop mental strength.

We offer our kickboxing courses for both beginners and advanced users. At Mindful Life Berlin you can train, among other things:

Kickbox Basics : In the 10 training units of the Kickbox Fundamentals you will learn the basics of kickboxing and how to use them for self-defense. Each unit is independent, so you can start at any time. Ideal for beginners, returners and to refresh basic techniques.

Kickboxing Workout : This full-body workout combines kickboxing exercises on guards and sandbags with intense circuit training. It offers a dynamic full-body workout in which you can work out and strengthen yourself at 9 stations and leave the stress of everyday life behind you.

K1 : Experience Dutch Kickboxing, also known as K1, and improve your skills in balance, coordination, strength, speed and technique. Our course provides authentic martial arts training for all levels, from beginners to competitors, and promotes collaborative learning and growth.

Chinese Kickboxing : In this Level 2 class you will learn elements of Chinese kickboxing (Sanda) and Wushu, including fist and foot techniques as well as throwing techniques from Shuai Jiao and Qin-Na. These techniques stand out from other kickboxing styles.
