Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a versatile and dynamic martial art that combines techniques from various disciplines such as boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In this course, punching and kicking techniques for standing combat as well as grip and ground techniques are trained.
In addition to teaching effective fighting techniques, the focus is also on building physical fitness and mental strength. Through targeted technique training, conditioning and strength exercises as well as sparring sessions in a safe environment, participants not only develop physical skills, but also learn to overcome challenges with self-confidence and resilience.
Our course is aimed at beginners and advanced learners alike and offers the opportunity to expand your own limits and experience the versatility of MMA. Particular emphasis is placed on clear, applicable technique and the promotion of mental strength.
