Personal Yoga is the ideal way to design your yoga practice individually and at your own pace. Whether you as a beginner will learn the basics in peace, deepen your existing practice or want to practice specifically due to injuries or health issues - in a private hour we can take your needs into account.
Together we not only determine the focus of your practice, but also the right time: Your schedule determines the rhythm. Depending on availability in the studio, the sessions can also take place outside at home or - when the weather is nice.
Personal yoga is possible in German or English.
