Pilates is a form of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. Originally known as “Contrology,” Pilates aims to bring the body and mind into harmony through precise, controlled movements. The workout focuses on strengthening the core, also known as the “powerhouse,” which includes the abs, lower back, hips, and glutes.

Pilates Strength & Mobility: This course focuses on strength, mobilization, coordination, breathing and body awareness. He combines classic Pilates exercises with elements of dance and yoga to create a flowing, challenging full-body workout that improves both strength and flexibility.
Power Pilates: A joint-friendly, high-energy workout designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and develop control and endurance throughout the body. This class also focuses on breath control and coordination, ensuring a dynamic and elegant flow suitable for all levels.
