Yoga Inspired Workouts combine the beneficial elements of yoga with dynamic cardio exercises or strengthening exercises. At Mindful Life Berlin you can do yoga workouts and cardio yoga.

Yoga Workout: An energetic sequence inspired by yoga awaits you in the yoga workout. These units strengthen your muscles in a variety of ways and at the same time increase your mobility. Classic Vinyasa movements are intensified and complemented by functional exercises such as squats and lunges. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Cardio Yoga: For those who want to get more out of their yoga practice, we offer a 60-minute class that combines plyometric exercises with yoga asanas. You'll alternate between explosive plyometric exercises that increase your heart rate and calming yoga asanas that slow your breathing. These quick bursts of cardio between yoga poses not only maximize your cardiovascular strength and endurance, but also help increase your strength and release endorphins that lift your mood and energy.
