Autumn Balance: Deep relaxation and recovery with Restorative Yoga

Mandy will accompany you in this special session as if on a short vacation for body and soul.

With gentle, longer-held exercises from restorative yoga, she offers you deep relaxation and space to recharge. Supported by pillows, blankets, and other props, you can lean back comfortably, settle in, and let go—while your nervous system finds a soothing calm.

This allows inner pressure to ease, circling thoughts to calm, and stress to dissipate. Your body can regenerate—and, incidentally, your sleep quality will also be positively impacted, allowing you to start the day more rested.

In this class, Mandy also shares small, everyday life hacks with you that will help you live a more powerful, balanced, and happier life, even during the darker months.
