I'm currently sitting at my computer, exploring how to delve into the topic of Ayurveda to provide you with the most informed and accurate information possible.
I've certainly had contact with the topic of Ayurveda here and there and mostly it was about the nutrition part, but I'm miles away from being able to fill these lines with serious expertise. Yes, of course – I could now put together a few snippets of information here and there from individual websites like the Immanuel Hospital Berlin into a text.
Hmm; Nope, doesn't feel right. So I decide to spare you my half-knowledge and find out more about Ayurveda. To answer my questions like – What is Ayurveda? Since when has Ayurveda existed? Can I possibly do training/further training in this regard? I can already answer that question. Yes, you can, for example, at the European Academy of Ayurveda
What exactly are these doshas?
Ahh – In Ayurveda, health is maintained by the balance of the three subtle doshas or energies known as Vata, Pitta and Kapha. The doshas are invisible forces that control the functions of our body. Here's the next question that arises from this. Which dosha am I assigned to?
Then I realized that we have Dosha incense sticks in our shop.
These dosha therapy incense sticks have been carefully formulated to harmonize the psychophysical constitution and stimulate the prana (life force). The incense sticks and cones are made with a blend of herbs, roots, resins, aromatic essences and other natural elements traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine.
I light a pita incense stick and indulge my thirst for knowledge. Let's see what Ayurveda will teach me in the future.
Perhaps your curiosity about this topic has been sparked?
If not, just stop by our shop and buy a few The Dosha Therapy incense sticks. Because in addition to their effect, they smell extremely good. In our shop they cost €6.90.
Namaste
