Beginner Yoga 101 with Sarah
We cordially invite you to our three-week beginner yoga course, where you can attend one session per week to lay a strong foundation for your yoga practice in 2025. Whether you're new to yoga or want to brush up on your basics, this course is the perfect way to get started.
Throughout the course, you will learn essential techniques such as alignment and breathing exercises to help you feel confident and comfortable as you begin your yoga journey. At the same time, you can experience the many positive effects of yoga, such as:
- More flexibility
- Better mobility
- Dissolving chronic stress patterns
- Improved concentration
- Strengthening your muscles
- Inner peace

Even if you miss a session, we recommend that you attend all three appointments, as each week builds on the content of the previous one and you will achieve the greatest possible benefit for your practice.
