
Breath & sound: a trip to silence with Krisztina
This hour combines the transforming power of breath and sound to lead you to a state of deep relaxation and inner connection. After a gentle exercise practice, we use simple but effective breathing techniques to activate the parasympathetic nervous system - to calm the mind and restore the inner balance. The practice ends with a calming sound trip that helps you to let go of the layers of stress and connect you to your true being. Regardless of whether you are new in the field of breathing work or already have experience - this session offers you space to let go, refuel and return to yourself.
Krisztina has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, with a special focus on pranayama, meditation and sound healing. She loves to research the spiritual and transforming depth of yoga beyond physical practice and enthusiastically shares those methods that have helped her to combine with herself and the saint.
