I'm sitting in my super comfortable armchair, I've lit a candle
from Oak & Ash and purified it with Palo Santo smoke.
I feel truly at ease in this atmosphere. It gives me the space to surrender to my thoughts and experiences of the day and write them down. I also do a meditation, which I'm currently listening to on the app Meditopia , and take my Mind Notes Journal. Then I start writing.
