Welcome to the Yoga and Boxing for Inner Strength Retreat - your space to finally take time for yourself and experience the connection between yoga and boxing as a unit.
This year too, Diana and Danny felt the call to lead a retreat and to immerse themselves in an atmosphere of expansion, transformation and relaxation together with the participants. They want to pack their experience and knowledge into intensive 3 days in which you as a participant can both relax and focus on your personal development, depending on your individual needs.
Our yoga and boxing retreat in Berlin Brandenburg offers you the opportunity to combine the power and calm of yoga with the dynamism and strength of boxing. Here wellness is defined in a new and holistic way.
In addition to the physical activities, the program also includes mindfulness practices, wellness moments, as well as sauna and ice bathing.
Exchanges about healthy eating and positive lifestyles are also offered. Our Mindset Coaching shows you how you can improve your sporting performance by clearing your head.
Of course, there are also delicious vegetarian meals that support your energy level and promote your recovery.
You don't need any special experience with yoga or boxing.
