Welcome to the Yoga and Boxing for Inner Strength Retreat - your space to finally take time for yourself and experience the connection between yoga and boxing as a unit.

This year too, Diana and Danny felt the call to lead a retreat and to immerse themselves in an atmosphere of expansion, transformation and relaxation together with the participants. They want to pack their experience and knowledge into intensive 3 days in which you as a participant can both relax and focus on your personal development, depending on your individual needs.

Our yoga and boxing retreat in Berlin Brandenburg offers you the opportunity to combine the power and calm of yoga with the dynamism and strength of boxing. Here wellness is defined in a new and holistic way.

In addition to the physical activities, the program also includes mindfulness practices, wellness moments, as well as sauna and ice bathing.

Exchanges about healthy eating and positive lifestyles are also offered. Our Mindset Coaching shows you how you can improve your sporting performance by clearing your head.

Of course, there are also delicious vegetarian meals that support your energy level and promote your recovery.

You don't need any special experience with yoga or boxing.

Who is organizing the retreat?

Diana & Danny

Diana, the founder of Mindful Life Berlin, discovered her passion for yoga during a trip to India and completed her teacher training there.

Since then, yoga has occupied an important place in her life. Not only does she do her own daily practice, but she also shares her enthusiasm with her students. She introduces you to the teachings of balance, calm, contentment and gratitude that result from yoga.

It is important to Diana to take the pressure to perform out of her yoga practice and to help her students find an individual rhythm that works for them and supports them on their personal path. It is very important to her that her students can experience the joy and deeper aspects of yoga.

Martial arts have always been an important component in Danny's life. Already in his childhood and youth he practiced sports such as boxing, karate, kung fu and judo. Today his passion lies primarily in boxing and Jiu Jitsu.

Over the years, he has repeatedly experienced the positive effects of training firsthand. It made him happy, active, balanced and agile. He also found that his training made him more resilient to crises in everyday life and felt stronger.

Because he was able to observe these benefits himself, it is now important to him to pass on these positive effects of sport to others.

Yannick

Yannik learned early on that movement, will and training are an essential part of life.

Thanks to his mother, a former track and field athlete, he successfully took part in a number of races in his hometown on the Müritz. At the same time, his journey into martial arts began at the age of 6.

The disciplines he has learned are classic boxing, kick and Thai boxing, mixed martial arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He has been at home at the Spitfire Gym Berlin since 2016/17 and trains there with athletes such as Julian Pennant, Yigit Muk, Niko Samsonidse, Emerson Falcao, Daniel Abdul, Gabriel Rainho, Arno Spreen, Vlado Sikic and many others.

He has been working as a private performance coach for around 12 years and teaches K1 – kickboxing and kickboxing & BJJ for children at Mindful Life Berlin.

Matthias

Matthias comes from Berlin and works as a self-employed business trainer and emotional coach. This combines his passions: sport, personal development, mindfulness training, but also everything related to business strategies, technological development and new work/leadership. After 10 years in the financial sector of German corporations, he now focuses on people, how we tick, especially our emotions, and on the holistic approach of body, mind and soul.

Scientific studies have found that people make better decisions when they have a stable connection to their future selves. Having visions, dreams and goals means knowing where you want to go and what you should do to get there today.

You will find out how all of this improves your sporting performance in our group session.

Location

Welcome to Landhaus Rosenwinkel, the idyllic location for our retreat, located in the smallest community in the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district in Brandenburg and easily accessible by train. Enjoy the 3500sqm, quiet property with farmhouse and stable house, ideal for relaxing and recharging during our retreat.

In addition to yoga, boxing and our other offers, you also have the opportunity to switch off completely and just let yourself go.

Whether reading a book in the garden, taking a walk through the surrounding fields and forests or swimming in one of the nearby swimming lakes - here you can really relax and enjoy nature to the fullest.

You can take the train from Berlin Central Station directly to Rosenwinkel. We will pick you up from Rosenwinkel train station by car. Alternatively, go to Fretzdorf or Kyritz and then cycle (15km).

Reachable by car 100 km from Berlin via the Pankow or Tegel exit - Herzsprung motorway exit, then 15 minutes on the country road.

Group session with Mathias:
Programming the future.
How the power of a goal image can influence us today.

In this group session you will mentally immerse yourself in your very personal goal image in order to draw motivation and strength for your actions today.
Be it in sport, in private life, at work, or in general. Who do you want to be in the future?
What resources do you need for this? How does this future self affect others?
Matthias will guide you through this visualization so that you can fully enjoy and immerse yourself in this process.

Individual sessions with Matthias:
In the individual sessions with Matthias you can take care of your emotional or mental issues. Be it:

  • Your own habits and patterns that you don't like and that you want to change
  • Inner conflicts that you feel again and again.
    Decision-making processes where you can't make any progress
  • Processing past situations that still cause stress in you today
  • Hurdles/stress that came up in the group session and are preventing you from achieving your goals
  • Current change processes that are stressing you (analysis and way forward)
  • Resources that you would like to feel more emotionally
  • Or just an exchange about certain behaviors that you would like to better understand and analyze and then work on.

Individual sessions with Yannik

These individual sessions are about identifying your personal needs and goals and working specifically on your performance.

Whether you want to improve your mental strength, optimize your mindset or build inner resilience - this coaching will help you find the right path. You can also receive valuable tips and exercises in the area of ​​the biomechanics of your movement, posture or technique - be it in kickboxing or your general athleticism - to optimize your physical strength and endurance.

Another important aspect is breathing. Learn how you can improve your performance and body control through targeted breathing techniques. Finally, regeneration also plays a central role: Find out how sleep and nutrition can positively influence your performance, recovery and general quality of life.

These individual coaching sessions serve as a comprehensive screening in which I address your situation individually and give you valuable feedback. So you know exactly what you can work on after this wonderful weekend to achieve your high performance.
