We are excited to introduce our brand-new fitness class: “Pedal Flow,” led by Agostina!

Agostina's Pilates classes focus on using Pilates techniques to engage the deepest layers of muscles, promoting balanced strength throughout the entire body. This approach helps restore and enhance a healthy, strong posture.  

In her Pedal Flow class, you’ll experience a comprehensive program designed for cycling enthusiasts. This dynamic series blends yoga, Pilates, mindful breathing, and specialized cycling training to enhance your balance, strength, and flexibility, while also boosting your overall well-being.

The Pedal Flow class offers you a unique experience that takes your cycling performance to a whole new level.
