Under the guidance of Jieyu/Cathy, a Cantonese woman from China who learned Qigong and Taiqi in the Wudang Mountains, you will gain the confidence, insight, and knowledge to practice this preventive healing art successfully and deepen your understanding.

I am an enthusiastic advocate for holistic wellness and have over a decade of experience empowering individuals and teams. I firmly believe that physical, emotional and spiritual well-being are the foundation of quality of life, healthy leadership, the prosperity of Mother Nature and a better world.
