From tension to relaxation
This 90-minute class focuses on working on posture, fascia, tension in the myofascial tissue (muscles) and active relaxation of the nervous system - aspects that are closely linked.
With the help of fascia balls, deep-seated tensions in the muscle tissue are released, with the focus on the shoulder and neck area as well as the hips.
This is complemented by a gentle and calm restorative YIN yoga practice, which aims to consciously bring the entire system into a state of relaxation. This not only specifically promotes stress reduction, but also preventatively improves stress resilience.
