PAST EVENT

In this one-hour sound bath, you will be enveloped in the relaxing and rejuvenating sounds of traditional Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments. It's a journey that gently harmonizes and balances your entire system. Through the vibrations of the sounds, you can release stress, find inner peace, and recharge with new energy.

since ancient times , and modern science confirms the profound effects of sound on our brain, nervous system and entire body .

Especially in a vibrant city like Berlin, we feel very clearly how beneficial it is to connect with instruments that have been used meditation, relaxation, and healing

General benefits of a sound bath

A sound bath is much more than just music – it is an experience for body and mind:

  • Stress relief: The gentle sounds slow your brain waves and help you let go of everyday stress.

  • Deep relaxation: The vibrations affect cells and nerves, allowing you to immerse yourself in a meditative state of calm.

  • Better sleep: Many participants report that they sleep deeper and more restfully after a sound bath.

  • Strengthening the immune system: Relaxation activates the parasympathetic nervous system – the nervous system that promotes regeneration.

  • Energetic balance: Singing bowls can release blockages in the flow of energy and restore your inner balance.

  • Mindfulness and presence: As you listen to the sounds, you come completely into the here and now.

A sound bath is therefore a wonderful complement to yoga, meditation or mindfulness practice – and can be experienced immediately even by beginners.
