In this class, we systematically work on the areas critical for stability, balance, and control: legs, core, and upper body . By building functional strength, you'll master smooth transitions and powerful asanas with greater ease and precision.

Focus on legs, core and upper body

Strong legs provide support in standing poses like Warrior Pose or balancing asanas . A powerful core ensures that you protect your spine, activate your core, and perform movements with greater control. At the same time, we develop the upper body strength you need for Plank, Chaturanga, or Dandasana .

  • More strength for Chaturanga, Dandasana & Asanas that demand the upper body

  • Stable transitions of two -legged to one -legged
