
Workshop series for less stress and more calm in everyday life
Stress is omnipresent and an integral part of our lives. But did you know that this can actually be positive? Why exactly – you’ll find out in the workshops “Stress goodbye, calmness olé!” and “Resilience Reloaded.”
You've come to the right place if you often feel stressed and want to change this. You will learn how to build healthy resilience - an inner strength that gives you the ability to deal with stress beneficially, avoid unnecessary stress and use positive stress to your advantage.
After the workshop “Stress goodbye, calmness ole” you will:
- know what your perception and evaluation have to do with stress
- Know your biggest sources of stress and know how to deal with them better
- how you can live more calmly in the long term
- which immediate strategies can help you if you have too much stress
- deal with stress in a healthier way
After the “Resilience Reloaded” workshop you will:
- Look at stress from a different perspective
- Know what your optimal stress level is and how you can use it to your advantage
- what your individual early warning signs are if you have too much stress
- how you can live more serenity in the long term
- be more resilient
The workshops “Stress goodbye, Serenity olé” and “Resilience Reloaded” can be booked individually and independently of each other or as a package. You are free to choose which workshop you want to take part in first.
About the workshop leader Beatrice Weiß:
Hi, I'm Beatrice! I am a trainer for healthy stress management, mindset coach and yoga teacher.
My mission is to help people enjoy their lives with joy and develop their potential.
Dealing with stress in a healthy way is one of the most important skills, because our quality of life depends on our ability to deal with stress.
A few years ago I was very driven by my own high expectations of myself. At some point my body reacted with chronic headaches. This was the turning point where I began to explore the principles of healthy stress management and incorporate them into my life.
Since then I have become much more calm, relaxed and happy. Headaches are no longer an issue. In the last few years I have been able to give dozens of resilience workshops in large companies and also help people with my coaching.
In my work, I combine important aspects of mindset with body work (such as EFT-based tapping acupressure). I look forward to perhaps accompanying you on your path – at “Resilienz Reloaded” on February 4, 2024.
