The Power of Conscious Breathing
This course by Alessandro is aimed at anyone who wants to embark on a deep journey to themselves. Together we will explore how targeted breathing exercises can calm the nervous system, how emotions can be consciously perceived and inner space for new things can be created - true to the motto: “ You are the creator of your own life.”
The course is divided into three central areas:
- Awareness exercises and body scan: Mindful self-awareness and body scans help participants better understand their emotional and physical state.
- Intuitive and active breathing: With the help of breathing techniques that calm the nervous system and release energetic blockages, we find more inner balance.
- Integration into everyday life: Practical exercises and instructions show how the techniques learned can be seamlessly integrated into the daily rhythm of life.
