A liberating, invigorating journey to you
(Please note the requirements for participation)
Through conscious, connected breathing you open access to your body, your emotions and your subconscious - your mind becomes quieter.
On this breathing journey you can process feelings that have been pent up for a long time, release blockages, get your energy flowing again and come up with creative ideas and solutions where you may have simply been stumped before.
Breathwork helps you, among other things:
- Find out more about yourself and feel it
- Letting go of old things (old beliefs, patterns, etc.)
- To create space for something new to invite
- To gain access to your own inner wisdom & strength
- If you feel like “clean up” inside – perhaps a lot of stress, emotional baggage or something similar has accumulated
“By the way,” breathwork can reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation and even enable spiritual experiences for some.
My breathwork approach is gentle yet powerful and transformative.
I don't believe in pushing the body to its limits. While this might lead to a dramatic emotional release, it often lacks lasting impact. For me, your body is your guide, and it's important to follow its natural pace.
In my sessions, we also embrace embodiment—moving the body intuitively—to allow the energy you release to flow and move freely.

About the workshop leader Sarah Schülke:
Hi, I'm Sarah – breathwork and embodiment coach.
I am passionate about supporting people who feel this desire for “more”: to be more themselves. To feel more. More to live.
I create spaces in which you you and feel yourself (again).
Spaces in which you can express your whole body “THIS is me. THIS is how I want it. THAT feels alive to me.” can find.
My approach is gentle and transformative at the same time.
My work integrates expertise from a diverse range of fields, including breathwork, embodiment coaching, hypnosis, body psychotherapy, NLP, and conversation coaching.
For deep and sustainable transformation, I like to combine all levels: mind, body, emotions and subconscious.
