Immerse yourself in the world of functional full body training with the Trx suspension trainer! In this dynamic courses you get to know the basic principles that make TRX so effective: improved body awareness, targeted fuselage activation and optimal orientation for safe, efficient movements.

September 13-Trx Ground Control
Focus: Lower Bodies & Balance
Train your leg muscles and your balance through targeted TRX exercises. Improve stability on one leg, the orientation of hip to knee and the neuromuscular coordination - ideal for promoting joint integrity and functional mobility.

October 11th-Trx Core Integration
Focus: upper body & core
strengthen your upper body and your middle of the body with functional TRX movements. The focus is on shoulder stability, deep fuselage activation and precise exercise of movement - for better attitude, strength and control with every repetition.

November 15-Trx Metabolic Edition
focus: full body & cardio
an energetic workout that combines TRX exercises with cardio intervals. Enter your heart rate and at the same time demand your muscle strength and endurance - perfect to make your training intensively and varied.

Whether beginners in or advanced R-these TRX classes offer you the perfect opportunity to bring technology, strength and endurance to a new level. You can visit each class individually or book the entire series and immerse yourself in the world of the TRX suspension training every month.
