
Vin to Yin - flowing energy meets deep relaxation
Immerse yourself in a unique “Vin to Yin” yoga class with Giulia Trivini Bellini, which harmoniously connects the dynamic energy of the vinyasa with the deep relaxation of the yin yoga. Giulia's creative and playful teaching style makes this hour a special experience - regardless of whether you are a beginner in or experienced rigam practitioners.
At the beginning, an invigorating Vinyasa flow awaits you, in which breath and movement become one through flowing sun greetings and powerful standing positions. This active part strengthens your muscles, improves flexibility and optimally prepares your body for the deep stretches. Through targeted breathing techniques you will find a moment of mindfulness and presence at the same time.
In the subsequent Yin part, you dive in peace and serenity: Sitting and lying positions are kept passive for 3 to 5 minutes. This intensive practice addresses the deeper layers of the connective tissue, promotes blood circulation and improves the mobility of the joints. The meditative orientation supports you in immersing yourself in the relaxation, coming to rest and finding mental clarity.
Giulia is convinced that the connection between asanas, breathing work and meditation has a transformative effect on body and mind. This hour is open to everyone - everything you need are comfortable clothing and an open heart.
