Winter Balance: Deep relaxation and recovery with restorative yoga

Immerse yourself in this short vacation for body and soul together with our teacher Mandy. With Restorative Yoga you bring deep relaxation into your nervous system, allowing you to let go of internal pressure and circling thoughts. In this practice, you hold the asanas for longer and support yourself with pillows, blankets and other aids to find maximum comfort. This allows you to immerse yourself deeply in the postures while your body relaxes, stress is reduced and you experience a soothing recovery.

When practiced regularly, restorative yoga also improves your sleep quality, so you wake up more refreshed in the morning. In this class, I will also give you small but very effective life hacks for your everyday life that can help you go through life with more energy and happiness in the long term.
