But before all this happened, I'll tell you a little about the time before.

In the summer of 2015, I felt a deep need for change. I was worn out from overwork and repeated setbacks, trapped in a relentless cycle that seemed to spiral downward with each new challenge - that in the end were the catalysts for change.

The wonderful part was that I began to awaken, shifting my perspective and gaining clarity on things I had previously overlooked. I started focusing on my well-being, incorporating more exercise into my routine, and decided to embark on a journey into yoga.

So it happened that Sven; a friend of Diana and me; one day in August said to me:

“Hey Danny, you mentioned wanting to start yoga. A friend of mine is a yoga teacher and could give us classes twice a week. If you’re interested, I can arrange it for us. How does that sound?”

I replied: “Absolutely – let’s do it! My back will thank me.”

If I remember correctly, it was the same week that Sven and I had our first yoga class with Diana. A yoga teacher from Prenzlauer Berg.

This was basically the first meeting between Diana and me. At this point it was on a completely different level.

In the weeks that followed, we practiced yoga together twice a week. During this time, I learned a lot about alignment and reconnecting with my body, and each session left me feeling progressively better. It was truly wonderful. What I hadn’t anticipated was the profound impact it would have on my soul and overall well-being. Simply put, it did me an immense amount of good.

As time passed, November arrived. Diana had informed Sven and me early on that she would be flying to Sri Lanka to work at an Ayurveda hotel...

Greetings, Danny
