Cardio Yoga

If you don´t get enough out of your Yoga practice this 60 minute class is perfect for you. You will combine plyometric exercises with yoga asanas, what makes it a total body workout. You will alternate between explosive plyometric exercises to raise your heart rate and yoga asanas to calm down and slow your breathing again. These quick cardio pushes between the yoga postures will not only maximise your cardiovascular strength and endurance but also help you to increase your power and to release endorphins which boost your mood and energy level.

Attending this class in the morning will leave you uplifted for the whole day
